The Globe Topsham, is also popular for those looking for hotel accommodation near Exeter city centre, the University and Exeter Hospitals. Exeter shopping is only a 10 minute drive or 15 minute train journey away.
Dogs are allowed in a selection of rooms and are charged at £10 per night per dog. We ask that pets are not left unattended in the rooms.

We’re the ideal hound hideaway for dogs due to our fantastic location! There are some lovely walks in the local area including the historic Exeter to Topsham Canal. Dogs are welcome at a charge of £10 per dog, per night. Please let us know you’re bringing Fido with you when you book!
Parking: Please see details below regarding parking your car.
Accessibility: We have a wheelchair accessible room with a modern and practical wetroom, completed with shower seat and grab rails. The other bedrooms at the Globe and the apartment are arranged over 2 floors and some guests who have limited mobility may struggle getting to some of our rooms. Please call us if you would like to book a room which is more accessible, we would be happy to advise.
Extra Beds: We do not have family rooms but some of our rooms are large enough to accommodate extra beds or cots, which can be provided at a small cost. Please call us if you would like to add any additional beds for children, we can then book you into a suitable room.
Check in/out: You can check in anytime from 3pm until 10pm. We ask that you vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Unfortunatley we cannot accomodate early check ins or late check outs.
Breakfast: Although breakfast is not included in your room rate you are more than welcome to join us. Full Breakfast is an additional £8.50 per person and Continental £6.50. You can enjoy this each morning from 7.30am until 10.00am Monday - Friday and from 8am until 10.00am at the weekend.
Lunch and Evening Meals: We serve delicious, locally souced, food daily. Please take a look at our food page to find out what we can tempt you with! High chairs and a children's menu are also available.
We recommend booking a lunch or dinner reservation in advance, we do get very busy and we dont want to leave you disappointed!
Pets: We welcome well behaved dogs into a few of our rooms and in our apartment at an additional charge of £10 per night, per dog. Max 2 dogs in the bedrooms and 1 dog in the apartment. If you are looking at bringing your dog with you please give us a call as restrictions may apply.
Housekeeping: Please note if you are staying in our apartment there will be no daily housekeeping but please let us know if you need anything during your stay.
Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel your room reservation please contact us at your earliest convenience. Please confirm your cancellation by emailing us; email@example.com.
If cancelled up to 48 hours before 3:00pm on the date of arrival no charges will be incurred, if you cancel later than this the first night will be charged. In case of a no show the total price of your reservation will be charged. We will always do our best to accommodate requests but they are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Our courtyard can be used for loading and unloading, please enter the courtyard from the rear of the inn. This road is called Globefield and can be accessed from Holman Way Road.

These car parks are all in close proximity and are reasonably priced.
We have one disabled parking space for blue badge holders, which operates on a first comes first serves basis.
